Miami Marlins slugger Giancarlo Stanton continues to show off his power this season, as he’s developing into one of the best home-run hitters in the MLB.
During Friday’s game against the Milwaukee Brewers, Stanton got off to a quick start, blasting this home run to center field in the first inning.
But Stanton wasn’t done there. In the bottom of the seventh, he crushed his second home run of the day, with this one going all the way to the back of the stands in left field.
After Friday, Stanton now had 14 home runs on the season, leading the National League. Unfortunately, his two home runs weren’t enough, as the Marlins lost 9-5 to the Brewers to move to 25-24 on the season.
